I ordered a kitchen from simply kitchens in feb of this year i only wish now that i would have seen the complantes,over half of the kitchen was broken,also wrong doors delivered.there customer service is the worst after lots of cross words on the phone also being sworn at i was about to give up after hundreds of phone calls but today after ringing and asking the switch board to put me through to head office i spoke to a lovely girl called davina who bentover backwards to help.she told me it was best that i go to the warehouse and pick it up myself and dont leave untill its checked and that im satisfied with it.08702000410 that is the phone number that they rang me back on so ive posted it for you all to use and ask for davina fingers crossed you can get sorted out

hi i tried the number poated to get an e receptionist i have spent 2 weeks to get hold of someone who is not rude , i bought a kitchen from this shower and every unit is faulty dont go near them i have tried to contact them they put u through your on hold for just over 2 minutes then the line goes dead i tried this morning and asked for the manager got put threw twice only to be cut off and the third time to be told there is no manager till half 10 i asked why the first 2 calls did they put me through the girl hung up i have been put on hold spoke over laughed at i cannot believe the service its shocking trading standards , watchdog and the judge from the paper are all on my case for me i would urge everyone to go to watchdog rouge traders theses people should not be allowed away with this its daylight robbery
