So far I have had no problems. They emailed me about my NCD so I scanned it in and emailed it to them, and they put it on, no hassle. Used the windscreen replacement service it was fast and went without a hitch, I was expecting a load of trouble as I live in a remote area. I have put a car on temporarily with no problems, the woman on the phone said to do that online to save myself £30, and the temporary cover was the cheapest I could find.
I've just ammended my insurance to a different car, and they actually refunded me which I was not expected (OK, it was only £1.07, but I was expecting to pay something!)
So, no difficulties with Swiftcover yet, I hope it remains so, had no idea they have caused so many people so much trouble!
