“I ordered slow cooked BBQ Pork and had to send it back...”

I ordered slow cooked BBQ Pork and had to send it back as the pork tasted like it had been left on a hotplate for several hours and the BBQ sauce tasted very acidic. I exchanged it for scampi and chips thinking that this would be a safer bet. The scampi had no flavour and when I opened it up it definately wasn't scampi, the texture was like moist bread, obviously something reconstituted. When the waitress asked if everything was ok and I showed her the scampi (she reacted as if it was obviously my problem) and said 'Well you can't guarantee getting good food from even the best suppliers these days, would you like a dessert?'. I'll be writing a complaint with a sample of the 'scampi' and will not settle for vouchers as I have no intention of visiting again.
