I've been with TB for over 2 years and they are excellent. Once the account is set up and you inform

them of your incomes/outgoings it runs smoothly.

I've saved an absolute fortune on not paying 'returned DD charges'! It's also great to have a UK Callcentre!

The only downsides are - 9-12 days to clear a cheque, paying a monthly management fee and

I don't have a nearby RBS branch to pay-in cheques.

Otherwise, love it & wouldn't move!

Sound like a member of think money wrote this comment as with all of the others that give it a 5 star rating! Who else would abbreviation it to TB - sounds like in house code to me!!
How can it be great to have a UK call center? It takes 30 mins to get through?
