I have recommended the account to all my friends and family because Think Banking have been brilliant in every way. There are downsides as with every bank where maybe cheque processing could be a little quicker but lets face it how often do most of us receive cheques anyway.



They have always been polite , Helpful and very informative. I have moved all of my accounts over to them and have peace of mind that keeping them up to date on incomes and any direct debits means they will be paid and dealt with.



That is the big thing you HAVE to tell them if you setup a direct debit and how much it is for because they manage it....If you don't they cannot manage the account effectively. I see a lot of 1* reviews on here which could be genuine problems however my guess is mis-managed accounts.



I have now been with Think Banking for 2 years and never had an issue, they have extended there opening times and are in the process of setting up savings accounts.
