I ordered a Budwah from Hot Rox UK (based on price, availability and other reviews) on a Monday afternoon - the item arrived by 10am the following day.
Unfortunately when I received and tested the unit, it was broken. I do not have negative comments about this since the measure of a company is not whether they have such issues (this happens to all companies) but rather how well they fix problems if / when they occur...
...I called to report the problem; the issue was dealt with quickly, painlessly and professionally - they sent a replacement on a next day service (notably without demanding the broken unit in advance) and arranged the collection of the first unit at no further cost to myself.
By Thursday morning I had received (and sent back) the unit - this was great service and very much appreciated. This was the first time I had used Hot Rox and I will have absolutely no hesitation using them again and in recommending them to others.
Sometimes I think companies like this are a dying breed.
