OK, it seems as if CC have gone bust. Into administrtaion in November and gone by March, anyone with incomplete work has my sympathy. Anyone without independant warranty (like me) and has finance through Barclays (BPF) needs make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act to BPF, keep at it as Barclays are playing hard ball.

No Dan, sorry. I am just another customer who has been left to pick up the pieces. I contacted Cosumer direct a few week ago, and Staffordshire Trading Standards called me back and requested various items of documentation. I think the best course of action will be to contact consumer direct and trading standards. Good luck
