I have tried 2 different educo gyms - harley st and barnes. The system works but I find that barnes has a much better attitude than harley st. Harley st was a little bit too 'commercial' for my taste but a lost weight. I have been training at barnes for 18 months and they are great, my weight is fine and i am toned. I would recommensd them to anyone but it does depend on the franchise. Some are obviously better than others.
