Fasthosts were not bad when they started, but they are getting worse and worse! Customer support is terrible. New User Account web interface is not working properly. Bad support and lack of account web admin functionality causes annoying unauthorized auto billing to credit card! Dedicated servers hardware is not branded therefore not tested properly for drivers compatibility, servers are rebooting randomly due to BSOD. I have had to cancel most of packages with the time and moved to other providers.
