OK - I read all the issues with Customer service etc.. Quite scary really - as someone has said however if you dont have problems then you dont have problems!



Ordered an A2 grade Acer 533 for £175 odd (about £100 less than list) arrived next day and is damn near perfect (obviously been out of the box but no signs of software use - imperceptable scratches on lid which easily polished out).



I'll be honest I'm delighted and would use them again. I realise their customer services seem a bit cr*p but happily I didnt have to use them.
