ATS Euromaster Review

Have been to these guys twice. The first time I was offered a free alignment check, which I declined - free alignment check = pay us for fixing this non existent issue with your alignment, in my opinion. However whilst my tyres were being changed there was some really heavy banging coming from the garage - my car was the only one in - and when my tyre change was complete I found my steering to have been completely altered - my steering wheel now sat at about 10 degrees off normal.



Secondly having recently ordered a set of 2 run flat tyres at £350 for the pair I arrived on site to be told that they had been trying to ring me all week (not true, no missed calls at all, no messages and no txts from my operator saying i'd missed calls - and the number they had was correct) and that the tyres they'd been sent were not the ones I'd ordered - the were not run flat. They said they'd have to ring and see what happened and what they could get and ring me back. Now I had a 450 mile round trip the next day and needed to get the tyres changed before that (due to a bubble on one of them) so my hands were tied, I needed the tyres asap. They rang back and said the tyres I ordered were out of stock, on back order and would not be available for 3 months. 3 months! But they could do me alternatives for £40 extra. They cited terms and conditions on their website that advised that in the event of unavailability of stock alternatives would be offered and the extra would have to be paid. the T&C's do say that but still - Rubbish! 1) If i'd know they couldn't deliver at the price they quoted i'd have gone elsewhere and 2) If I'd had more time, I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere, but because of the journey I had the next day, I had no alternative. Not at all impressed.
