Look elsewhere
Unfortunately this system insists I give at least one star much to my annoyance.
I took out my policy whilst they were still Greenbee so I cant comment on the premiums going through the roof although that's the reason I left the previous insurer so I expect this will be no different come renewal time. I have made a claim and so far the customer service has been non existent. There was no claims forms with the welcome pack and I eventually found out I had to down load it off the net. The vet sent it off having completed their part and I chased it up three weeks later. It was then that I learnt they need at least a years health history included with my claim, no mention of this on the claim form? It took another week to return the form to me before i could resubmit it. John Lewis have now had it a further four weeks and following two further efforts to find out what stage my claim was at (twice being told the computer system was down) I eventually learnt today that they haven't even looked at it and wont for another 2 weeks or so due to the amount of claims in front of mine!!!
Save yourself a great deal of time and maybe money by finding another insurer, however I did pick Greenbee from the reviews on here.
