This is the worst travel agent ever! The customer service is rubbish and also when a problem arises, and you ask for the manager, he makes up different excuses about problems with your flight booking. Not only that when i asked for the manager's full name, he tells me that he DOES NOT HAVE A SURNAME. It is just insulting to be honest. What a stupid and ridiculously dumb lie to make to their customers!!! Then after he just tells us a random full name: Ryan Smith. How pathetic can the manager get.



I will definately be not returning and buying flights from them ever again. I am warning you people out there looking for cheap flights: This company is a fraud and never ever buy your flight tickets from them ever!!!
