I don't know how people can complain like this. I placed an order with this company and it got lost in the post, I called them they immediately sent me out another on a next day delivery, and gave me a free gift as way of compensation when it wasn't even their fault.



I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I have had much worse shopping experiences with other beauty companies out there. Their prices are fantastic as well :)

Well lucky you, but people are entitled to write "bad things" (otherwise known as the truth), when they experience bad service.
