I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you very much for the great service I have received - my Audi A4 was serviced today with the addition of 2 new tyres - the car has been returned in tip top condition, washed and cleaned, the people who collected my car were very helpful and ensured the vehicle was returned in time for me to pick the children up! All this and a big saving on the quote I had from my local Audi dealer, who are never so courteous - I will certainly use service4service in the future.

I found this review very helpful because, I too had just received a ridiculous quote of £550 from an Audi dealership for a full service so started a search on google, and found service4service. Whilst they appeared high on the google search, i proceeded to seek out any reviews and found this site. The 35 reviews have proved interesting, and when I spoke with Mike, I voiced my concerns about the negative reviews, and am confident nothing will go wrong. Fingers crossed for th 12th April.

Not too impressed with these guys and if its an A4 service probably worth a read. They claim to be Audi specialists and yet firstly could not find where the wheel locking nut was to perform the alignment checks as part of the service. Admitedly I didn't know about the tool box under the boot tray, but they should do and there should be no excuse for not performing this check.

<br/>Secondly and most importantly, they are unable to set the service interval computer. For me this is very important due to the importance of servicing the car ontime to validate warranty which may affect the resale value. 2 attempts have been made at our home and the car has been taken back to the garage, still to no avail.

<br/>Fundamentals in my book and will not be returning!!
