I have purchased from Novatech twice in the last 3 years. On both occasions the laptop & computer that I received has been absolutely atrocious.



There have been a whole host of fundamental errors riddled throughout the systems. Incorrectly fitted CPUs, overheating and hard disk failures make up a list which is literally too long to recite.



They recommend using their online support; my experience of this always has a very long wait and ultimately nothing useful comes from it (including on more than one occasion being asked to open up the computer and test hardware components myself!).



What's more, in case my incidents are anomalies, on my many visits to the warranty section of the store the queue has been at least 5 or 6 customers long every time and I deliberately try to go when it should be quiet - not a good sign.



Please avoid them like the plague. I have not heard a single good word spoken about them and shall certainly not be buying from them in future.
