I've used ebookers about 4 times and had 3 very dissapoing situations. 1 - had a booking confirmed, however when arrived in the airport found out that actually I didn't have booking.. oops?. 2 - one of the flights was cancelled ( due to weather conditions) I had to chase ebookers for 9 month to get a refund. 3 - today couldn't make a booking online and phoned customer service to ask for help. They gladly helped me but didn't tell me that they are charging me £20 for this sale ove the phone, so annoying!!!

I was thinking it probably just my bad luck with them, but when I went on this forum I was shocked, average rating is 1.5 out of 5. How they still in business I don't understand

I would recommend avoiding ebookers! I've made the same mistake 3 times, but never ever again
