I own Woll cookware and continue to add to my set whenever I can afford it. It is expensive but, well worth every penny. I have read the reviews of some people who have experienced sticking over prolonged use. This may be a result of a slight burn building up in the bottom of the pan. The burn can be removed by boiling water with dish soap and letting it simmer until most of the water is gone. (stay with it on the stove) Once this is done, rewash the pan with soapy water and re-season the pan with vegetable oil. Heat up some vegetable oil in the pan and swirl it around with a paper towel, This will remove the burn and the pan will work as new. Simple maintenance will keep you happy for years! Cheers!

I think that either you work for the company or you have the non-arm length relation ship with it. What you say is exactly the same the lady from customer service told me. But it is not written on the warranty. I should have read these review before I made the purchase. The Woll frypan that I bought as peeling away after a few month of use.
