What a waste of time. Started the diet without checking the box. on day 3 i realized there were soups and snacks missing. contacted diet chef who were very unhelpful and when the replacement products were finally delivered it was too late for me to continue with the diet!!! the products were tasty but the diet did not work for me due to the incorrect amount of products and the fact that the diet was broken on day 3. waste of time and money and the supervisor i dealt with was unhelpful and very arrogant. would not recommend this diet to anybody due to my experience.

We do work very closely with our courier service to ensure that all meals are delivered at the same time, but on this occasion, it sounds like one of your boxes may have been damaged or lost in transit. We are of course very sorry to hear this. We are now shipping most orders in a single box, so the chances of this kind of issue arising are now reduced.
