I have since found out BT was paid by Welcome finance on 17/1/2011, still have not recieved money from BT now they are saying that because Welcome has not sent written confirmation of breakdown of payment(it was higher than original claim by a small amount)and (they were given it verbally) they are unable to give me the money until this is recieved. Am under the impression they will stall for any reason they quoted new finance dept policies and produres for this HA!!!! Spoke to Ministry of Justice today as I am at a loss, as I have complained so many times, they are ringing BT on my behalf for me so I hope this may help. They are the most appalling company and should be banned from operating. The 25% they charge is dreadful for the useless service.
