Ordered a pair of Rayban sunglasses on the 24th of January 2011 have been told on numerous occasions that the order was due in and because I have waited so long they would be sent out next day delivery. Called customer services this morning, 14th March, to be told my sunglasses were sent out on Friday recorded delivery and will take 3 to 5 working days.Will not be using Direct Sunglasses again as I found they were anything but direct!!!
