Oh dear, wish I had looked at the reviews first. Ordered flowers for very close friends who had a death in the family and I wanted to send a nice sympathy gesture to them. Ordered the flowers Friday evening to be delivered Saturday - they arrived around 6pm, mostly dead with no water and a couple of the flowers crushed. My friends actually rang on my behalf without me knowing, as they were too embarrassed to tell me straight off about the state of the flowers, to complain and arranged for a full refund. Customer services were apologetic to them and I have also had an apology on email - but it's not good enough especially given the circumstance in which the flowers were sent!Just waiting to see if the refund goes straight back in as promised. Won't be using this company again.
