Direct golf are currently using my yodel to handle their deliveries unfortunately both these companies must have the same phone company. Both these companies advertise numbers that can not used. Direct golf sent me a mail order catalogue every phone number advertised was not in use. No customer service,no communication. I do not understand why a company like this is so poor. I can only assume that they are no longer trading as companies that have their phone numbers cut off are not trading. If they are trading,do not expect to be able to call them, your call will be rerouted to a 118 number and that does not work either. Draw your own conclusion as to whether this is acceptable.
