Started my claim in October 2010, at first it seemed really good got the welcome pack within days, then sent that off about 4 weeks later sent me a form to fill in why my i think my ppi is invalid, sent that off then waited about 8 weeks before i got a letter saying that i won my claim and i just needed to sign it and send it back.so three weeks later i phoned up to see what was going on and they told me that welcome have refused the sign agrement as it was missing/blank so they would need to send a new one out so again three weeks later the new form came this was sent off just over 2 weeks ago so i have no idea when i will get my money,

but i have phone calls emails text messages daily and letters for my invoice about 2 a month so if you wont this hassle then go with this company but if want to save your self the hassle and 25% just look around on the internet as you can do what this company does yourself, only if i did this in the first place.
