Excellent service, good company to deal with, very clear, easy-to-use website, have bought a number of items and all, bar one pullover, have been very good - the faulty garment was dealt with satisfactorily. The information on sizing and washing the pullovers is very clear. It is useful to be able to read customer reviews. The pullovers are priced sensibly for the majority of people. I have bought pullovers as presents fro family - all delighted. The company is covering an area of the textiles market not covered by any other companies I know of. It is practically impossible to find good quality pullovers made of wool in the shops - most are man-made fabrics. Please keep up the excellent service!
