BAD BAD BAD, bad cleanliness , bad customer service and
Bad value for money. Beware they take the balance before u stay
So u have no way of refund when u advise them That the accomodation
I's I'n no way what they describe on their website.
The accomdation Is noisy , dirty and u would think
The manageress hates her life she I's just so rude and
Unhelpful !!! And at one point there was rats running around the outside reception
Area. The worst hotel I've ever been to, I'd rather
Stay at fawlty towers!!!!!

we found the same and still awaiting a repky to a formal complaint. shocking that they have got away with staying open as far as we are concerned. we echoe its the WORST hotel ever !!
