Cancelled or tried to in Jan, they took money from my credit card last week leaving me overdrawn and facing charges with my card issuer.



Customer service were awful and accused me of not cancelling even though I'd not logged onto my account since Jan 22nd. I had 2 discs in 3 months, apparently that is not a good enough reason to cancel.



I've still not received a refund so will be disputing it with my card issuer however I will be left out of pocket by the time all the charges are applied to my card.
