“It's interesting that many people are complaining...”

It's interesting that many people are complaining about the signal strength disappearing. I live in West London and have been with 3 soon after they started. I've always had 4 to 5 bars of reception. Towards the end of last year I noticed that the signal strength was getting low...Forget using the internet!! Many incoming calls end up in Voice-Mail, and today {26-2-2011} I cannot make outgoing calls due to a lack of signal. I'm only 3 months into a 2 year contract, so I hope things improve. It's not as if I live in a remote area.

I've never had deal with their customer services except for one occasion many years ago and they were helpful enough. My friend has called them on a few occasions and not had a problem, but it sounds like they are going down hill fast. All of my friends are with Vodafone without any problems.
