The product i ordered was out of stock but i never recieved any notification of this. When i eventually inquired i was told if i had tracked my order i would have known. I thought it would have been simple courtesy to let me know because you dont start tracking orders until they are late and as this was a christmas gift an alternative couldve been sought. When i did enquire i found the emailed replies to be very rude and short. Will never use again and will strive to ensure noone i know does either. Very poor customer service.

A Christmas gift? . . . . an ALTERNATIVE gift could have been sought?
TWO MONTHS after Christmas this one decided to inquire about their order. How could one be concerned about finding a replacement Christmas gift at the end of February?
