I got put on to a daisy contract by a rep for a company called coad blue communications - thay claim to find you the best deals, well i dont know what has happened i feel so daft because i pay more for the one line i moved to daisy than the three lines i had with my previous provider. Whats more i got a canclelation charge from my previous provider which Coad blue were suposed to pay for and havent!! I even have trouble seeing my bill its all ebilling and i have requested info so i can acess it which has not come. I am now locked into a two year contract and i am considering just cutting my losses and paying another cancellation fee, if there is one thing i have learnt it is never to talk to these people. the chap i set it up with left coad blue and the guys there and at daisy will not help me in any way!!

Looks like your problem is with Coad Blue. If they're a dealer, then the promises they've made to you are nothing to do with Daisy. Presumably you signed a Daisy contract - that's the bit they're interested in. Any arrangement you made with the reseller are between you and them.

This was resolved and we also helped a separate part of the business solve another issue. The problem as suggested was not Daisy's fault and we took ownership of the issue.
