When making booking with CRA I told them we preferred to leave airport in the daylight (flight arrival 18.45). Couldn't find Masterkings rep in arrivals so started to look in car park. CRA said we could complete paperwork in arrivals hall. In all it took over 1 hr to get the car. The car was damaged in two places not mentioned on the paperwork and the car was a Punto when we had ordered a peugeot 207.
Returned home.........e.mailed car rentals abroad.........phone call....................never heard from them.
We had prev. used masterkings and they were OK. But will never use cra again their loss as we travel to faro several times per year

Exactly the same thing happened to us when we arrived in Porto earlier this year. Badly damaged car and although we had paid for an upgrade to a Class C. We actually got a battered Class A car. The reps told us this was the only car they had available. Scam is what I thought of them and I still think that's CRA's reps in Porto are feathering their own nest.
