I thought the service and advice I received was very helpful and the staff are all friendly.

I didn't know what to expect when I first contacted your company and was very pleasantly surprised at the speed everything was carried out at. No-one judged us at all and just tried to help in the best possible way.

Everything was explained to me in detail, and I was told exactly what would happen and how to deal with things.

The company even sorted out a new bank for me and made things so much easier. I think that was over and above what they needed to do.

I don't think there was anything else that I needed to know, as they went through all the options and decided that the IVA was the best option for me. I thoroughly agree and for the first time in months I can now sleep soundly without too much worry.
