“I ordered fuel in December: it still hadn't arrived in...”

I ordered fuel in December: it still hadn't arrived in early February so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No reply to my emails and their phone is not answered. Company seems to have disappeared (with lots of customers' money). Have a look at http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?283999-go-locate-fuel

I paid by debit card but my bank (Barclays) have been brilliant and refunded me. I should have done my on-line research before using Go-Locate Fuel.
