Might be well priced but their despatch & delivery are appallingly slow.

15 days after order & payment I am still waiting.

Customer service rep polite but that's not getting my product to me any faster.

Will stick to Ebay sellers in future as this wait is unacceptable--especially as I move house in another 10 days!

Dear Customer,

We are very disapointed and concerned to hear that your order arrived with delay. The order can take up to 10 working days for delivery as it is sent from the Channel Islands, however in over 90% of cases goods arrive within 3-5 working days. This however does not appear to have been the case for you. Please do accept my appologies and contact me with your full details so I can look into this further for you at [email protected]

I hope it has now arrived safely with you? Whilst in over 90% of cases our products are delivered within 3-5 working days, we do ask that you allow 10 working days from despatch for your products to arrive.
