I used this company recently to buy this product http://www.directofficesupply.uk.com/products.asp?partno=hoxred. It was the cheapest I could find on the net. I was a little bit sceptical following the review about postage costs so I emailed the company to ensure there wouldn't be any nasty surprises. John was prompt with his replies and gave me the information I required. I ordered the chair on Friday and received it the following Wednesday.
I'm really happy with the chair itself. It's good quality and comfortable, all the bits were in the box and it's easy to put together. All things considered I'm very satisfied with my experiences with this company and the product, hence the five stars.
