I had a burst pipe begining of december 2010, it is now feb 11th 2011 and still no progress. half my kitchen is missing, i have no floors and don't know what is going to happen. made numerous phone calls and they never give me an answer and never call me back. if i ever get this sorted i will be leaving. cheap cover but poor service.
