They do have a great selection of products, and their prices are reasonable considering everything on the site are brand names!! HOWEVER, g-d forbid you have a problem with your order and have to go through customer service HORRIBLE!!!... Dont even bother calling, NO ONE will ever return your call and u can never get through to anyone. And cross your fingers for a reply via email.... it took me >2 months to get my money back for a defected item I spent >$1500!!!



If you can find the product on another site, dont bother with net-a-porter!



I do recommend: SHOPBOP!! AMAZING customer service!!!!
