I had already placed my order when I read the reviews on this site, which made me feel completely uneasy about buying from iwantpants. After I placed my order and a few days had passed. I grew anxious that I may not receive my order in time for Valentines day, as it was a gift for my boyfriend. I sent an email asking about upgrading to the FedEx express shipping option. After the weekend (about a week since I initially placed my order) I received an email from Jeremy stating that they had been very busy lately. He also apologized for the delay in dispatching my order and informed me that he was going to send it out via FedEx express shipping to ensure that I would receive it in time for Valentines. The next morning I received the shipping confirmation email. Overall I am very happy with iwantpants.com. I would definitely shop there again and recommend them to a friend. As a skeptical first time shopper, I am now confident that iwantpants is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

It's a bummer that others had such negative experiences. My experience was so positive, it's almost hard to believe some of the other reviews. I just wanted to share my positive experience.
