All clear may be on the policy but if you have a claim you deal with one company for the medical claim and another for any other claim the latter being an administration base in Southend that are very talented at losing any bit of paper you send them even if recorded delivery! very frustrating paid a significant amount for the annual cover but boy am I paying more now in chasing them for my claim in august 2010 now feb 2011 not a penny so far!!
