Purchased a new DYSON D33 from Comet ,got home and assembled the machine. The machine would not pick up !!! Spoke to Dyson and they confirmed that the machine was faulty !! The whole process was painful and caused us considerable travelling costs and all because Dyson have no effective quality control ???
This happens with almost everything we buy in this country these days , profitability has overtaken providing good service !!!!
