“ordered a rug, arrived next day but when i unwrapped...”

ordered a rug, arrived next day but when i unwrapped it it had felt tip pen on it, rang them and ordered another rug exactly the same, two days later it came and its falling apart and is actually wonky, two deliveries, two faulty shabby rugs, and they have lost a return and its up to me to chase it, wont use them again, rugs look like they have already been used
