Yes, they are as bad as everybody says.



I've been with them for a month on a three month deal and I'm already cancelling my account (thanks for your posts about how hard this is going to be!). Their service is a joke and they are obviously taking everybody for a ride. Hopefully enough people complain and trading standards get to them soon.
