I bought it in Dec 2008. I had it repaired (under guarantee) in Dec 2009 because the scanner was gone (recognized defect by Epson). in Dec 2010 the machine started to reject the original cartridges as "spent" or "not compatible". I always used 100% original ink, from authorized retailers. As i moved to Thailand Epson is unable to provide any repair service. very disappointed!!! between original ink and printer I spent >100 EUR for about 200 pages of printing!!!
