I had a damaged sim in 2005 and had to pay £20 for a replacement, even though the old one was broken and not lost?? Then the replacement never came yet the direct debit carried on and Three refused to send out another sim even though they said themeselves that the account wasnt used and no incoming or outgoing calls or texts had been made....After 3 months i wrote to them to cancel and 5 years on they are still trying to get money for the months left in the contract, depsite not having sent a sim to use the phone?
All calls go to an Indian call centre and they dont have any customer service skills and just quote terms and conditions despite them not living up to the contract in providing a sim? Wouldnt send my worst enemy to this joke of a business...

Exactly the same problem in 2006. Replacement SIM never recieved but they were quite happy to keep taking the money. Call centre just kept saying it was sent but couldnt provide proof that anyone had signed for it (assuming it was recorded delivery?).
Contract ended 2 months after complaint and no refund of the missing months or sim charge which was £25 I think.
Robbery by Corporation!
