I've had a Just Mail account with a .co.uk domain for 6 years. The pop3 response got very slow and with the 100MB size limit the value for money had dropped to low. The customer service to transfer my domain name was slow and extortionately expensive £20! for something that Nominet charges £10 to Joe public. To close my account needed 15 min's on a 0844 number. I used to work for BT and when the news of the take over was anorexic we all said "shame, there goes another company's customer service down the drain" Soon after my first billing mistake happened and I had to pay a premium rate number to sort out their mistake.
