Was all going reasonably OK, until the cooker arrived,and it was not what I wanted so I wanted to return it. Then found out their was a £50 charge to do this! Which ais a bit steep - and not mentioned to you when you purchase, although it is in the small print. However Appliances online do not charge for returns, they are free (I would recommend them) Anyway I paid the £50 and arranged a collection day - day came - they didn't, called them they said system error and it wasn;t coming today, and I'd have to arrange another day, which is totall unconvienient (waiting in for 4 hours when you are meant to be at work!) I suggested they refund my £50 as they hadn't collected it, to which the answer was no.
There are other companies out there which are so much better and don't charge for returns so I would go for them instead.

I found this review very helpful because...it actually co-incided in many ways with an experienece I had with this Company, They have had the cheek as well to contact Review Centre and told them that they are concerned about my review on them. Nerve, I told them again exactly what I thought!!
