Slow frustrating claims process. They do not inspire me with any confidence. Been waiting 3 weeks now. The total loss engineer was making me an offer last Friday and here I am Monday night still waiting, unanswered questions, unanswered emails. To be fair It has all been the total loss engineer the claims handler has been good but she cannot do anything more. Why can't they deliver what they promise. I have done most of the contact to get information from them and have had more info and updates from the bodyshop assessing the damage than Swiftcover.
It has been a totally different experience from using Direct Line for my wifes car, 5 days start to finish. I would prefer to pay more and have a reliable competant service. Not reccomended.
Another unhappy customer.
