★★★★★

Good Points
A remarkable machine with a great colour picture.
An Ability to download enormous amounts of software.
Good battery life.
First rate phone technical support from HP - very helpful in initial set up stages.

Bad Points
Pocket Keyboard is very poor-you still need to use the stylus to operate.
Shame that it does not include Bluetooth or have a PCMIA card slot.

General Comments
I brought this HP568 PDA to replace my Psion Series 5MX. The HP568 is remarkable. It works perfectly with numerous programmes open at once and is very easy and quick to use.

The software is excellent and there is some useful software installed. Word and Explorer are particularly good. It is very useful that Targus keyboard software is already installed. Activesync works very well and it is very easy to download software.

The picture is excellent and the memory very good. I have added a 256MB card to the compact flash card.

It works very well for infrared wireless connections with a mobile phone. I have three email accounts and two internet providers that all work and are easy to set up. With my Ericcson T39, I use both GPRS and HSCSD that work perfectly and mean I can read mobile internet very quickly.

Also, the machine is very light and is slick ergonomically well designed. The protective cse cover and silver casing looks very good and protects the machine.

All in all, a remarkable machine - one of the best ever PDA's I have ever had.
