Avoid using swiftcover and pay that little bit extra to go with someone else! Made a claim after a head on crash,it should have been 50/50 at least, yet i was found liable. I wasnt told what was happening with my car and after chasing it up with them,my car was a write off. I had to point out bits of my policy to them,my NCD was protected yet they have now knocked 2 years off it. Oh,and the extra charges they apply for when they apparently dont get your proof of NCD, dont even get me started. Had an extra £400 added plus admin charges. They also took almost £100 per month extra on my DD without telling me. Avoid like the plauge.
