General Comments
I bought this Acoustic Solutions SP100 amp for £80 when my previous, far more expensive amp died. After purchasing the Acoustic Solutions DAB radio, I was convinced to purchase this, as not only do they share the same classic but pared-down look, but I know the products to be very user friendly. The sound is great, on par with an amp more than twice as expensive.



One niggle would be that I had to reduce the volume of the signal entering the amp from my CD player, as this was distorting slightly, while my previous amp could easily handle the higher powered input. This is a tiny consideration, and once I turned my CD player down, and let my amp do the actual amplification, the sounds was perfect. The remote control comes seperately (at £10) but controls all the Acoustic Solutions kit.



The dedicated DAB input is good too. I'd recommend this, as you'll have sound equal to an amp twice the price at least, and can go and spend the difference on something good to play through it!
